Girls’ Generation: Sunny

Born Lee Soon-Kyu on May 15, 1989 in the year of the Snake. A Taurus, she is of Korean-American nationality. Her uncle is the founder and former CEO of SM entertainment, where she became a trainee there in 1998. She had transferred to another company Starworld where she was set to debut with a duo called Sugar that never officially made it. After the agency went bankrupt, another singer convinced her to join SM entertainment again, where she would later debut with the group. Sunny is considered the group's lead vocalist and sub-rapper. She is one of the members that is no longer under SM Entertainment but is still a part of the group.
