by Aespa was released originally as a non-album song then, later featured as a b-side on the album Girls (track #8), released in 2022. The song is a remake of the song that was written and released as a christmas song for SMTown by Yoo Young-jin in 2000. The song was written, composed, and rearranged by Yoo Young-jin himself. It had been 80 days since their previous release of Black Mamba.

Forever features members Giselle, Karina, Ningning, and Winter at the average age of 20.3 years old.
